Naubinway Engadine Area Trail Conditions report provided to you by the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum. Visit their website at www.snowmobilemuseum.com |
March 17, 2023
The trails in the Naubinway area are doing ok this week. The stretch between Curtis and the pipeline, west of Engadine, has been rough in one spot, but the rest of the trail is ok, considering we haven't had new snow. The roads in town are bare. Come to Naubinway and enjoy the ride and the Museum or come by car! Always remember, Ride Right!!! The Curtis groomers are looking for more help with grooming in this area!
Don't forget you can stay in Naubinway and travel anywhere on the trails from here. Contact the Adoba Naubinway Hotel or Angel's Bar & restaurant rooms (Airbnb) for info. The Cove Bar is always open with great food.
While you are in the area, be sure to check out the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum in Naubinway. Trail 2 comes into Naubinway and follow the trail through Naubinway. You will drive in front of the new Museum, which opened in Oct. 2013. There is plenty of room to park your sleds and you can see a fantastic variety of 185+ sleds and memorabilia from the past. The regular hours are 9-5 pm, every day, all year, except Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. 906-477-6298. Admission: $5 for adult, Kids 16 & under - Free
